Ward Temple Week We encourage our ward members to go as groups or individually attend the Meridian Temple during the week of Tuesday, October 21st thru Saturday, October 25th.
October 21, Tuesday Valiant Girl's Activity Day 4 PM – 5 PM at the church
October 26, Sunday Worldwide Church Event for the Youth. President Holland will address the Youth. Stream or watch on the Church’s YouTube Channel or ChurchofJesusChrist.org
October 31, Friday Combined Payette 1st & 2nd Wards will host a Trunk or Treat at 6 PM in ward parking lot. More details coming soon.
November 1, Saturday Visit the Meridian Temple with parents 10 AM (note the different date/time, more information coming)
November 6, Thursday Relief Society Sisters Luncheon at 1230 PM. Sign up to bring a dish to share! Nursery is provided.
November 18, Tuesday Valiant Girl's Activity Day 4 PM – 5 PM at the church
October 17 & 18 - Ward Daddy/Father Figure & Daughter camp out at Martin Landing, located outside of Parma. Come join the special bonding time. Please fill out the form at this link: RSVP Link here.
Check-In:
You can check in to the campground early in the afternoon. If you would like Brother Gylling to reserve your campsite, please reach out to him at 208-832-8875.
Campsite Information:
There are 10 campsites available in the main campground and 5 additional campsites next to the river, which are away from the main campground and restrooms.
Schedule:
Friday Night:
Dinner: Attendees are responsible for their own dinner.
Goodies: The ward will provide some treats.
Night Games: Get ready for some fun, including laser tag!
Saturday Morning:
Breakfast: Provided by the ward.
Additional Information:
The ward will cover the space fee for our camping area.
Enjoy fishing at the site, bird watching, and small hiking trails available for everyone to explore.
Feel free to participate in activities at your own pace and enjoy the time spent together.
Please remember to bring firewood for campfires.
What to Bring:
As it will be a bit chilly at night and in the morning, please dress accordingly and bring any additional items you may need for a comfortable campout experience.
